Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zeitgeist.

OVERVIEW

With the nature and fragility of vintage watches, all watches are sold as is.
We will do our best to describe, photograph, and assist you to ensure full transparency but we do not provide any guarantee on movement accuracy, waterproofing or any other mechanical guarantee unless stated.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
All statements relating to any items sold by Zeitgeist are solely opinions.
We reserve the right to adjust listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice and may also withdraw any of the items without prior notice.
Please be mindful that our products are vintage and pre-owned, with many decades of wear and use.
Proper care and maintenance procedures must be taken in order to ensure your timepiece lasts.
Furthermore, as these items have been used in the past, please expect wear and patina from usage and age.
Please read all descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
Our images should be considered part of the description.

PAYMENT

All of our prices are in Euro unless stated otherwise.
All payments and refunds are issued in the same currency unless stated or requested by us.
Our prices exclude the cost of delivering your goods, as well as any transaction fees, which will be added to the final amount due, if necessary.
All additional charges will be stated in your invoice.
All watches remain the property of Zeitgeist and will not be shipped until funds have been securely received in full.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Bank Transfer: Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
Cash: For all cash payments you will be asked to provide proof of address as well as a valid form of identification.

SHIPPING

When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item.
All watches remain the property of Zeitgeist until the watch has been paid for in full.
All items will be shipped via express courier.
An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes.
Customers are responsible for all customs charges, duty, or taxes in his or her respective country.

RETURN POLICY

All watches and straps come with a 3-day return policy.
In the case of shipping, the time-period begins when the parcel is signed for.
In the case of delivery in person, the time-period begins when you collect the watch.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone to organise the return.
Watches and straps must be returned in the exact same condition.
Straps must remain unworn. We will not accept returns once a strap has been used.
Zeitgeist will issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
We will thoroughly inspect each item in order to ensure it remains in the exact same condition.
We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond your 3-day inspection period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.
Returns must be sent by the same method with which the watch was received.
All returned items must be fully insured and paid for by you.
Due to complications with shipping certain brands, such as Rolex to and from the United States, it remains your responsibility to ensure the watch returns to us so that we can issue your refund.
Refunds will only be considered once goods are safely in the possession of Zeitgeist and a full inspection has taken place.
